Hotel Tiki Tiki

I spent the other weekend with 20 of my favorite people in Tulum, Mexico for my bestie's bachelorette party. Between mezcal margaritas, yoga classes, and cenote snorkeling—this will for sure be a hard vacation to top! All 21 of us stayed in a gorgeous boutique hotel called Hotel Tiki Tiki. It was perfect!ElizabethPishalTulum-21 (1)

Situated in a cozy nook off a dirt road in Tulum town, Hotel Tiki Tiki is quiet, beautiful and a 10 minute drive from the beach, local restaurants and shops. A stylish design hotel inspired by Mid-Century Modern Miami Beach, Tiki Tiki has just 15 rooms and the dreamiest pool/outdoor bar scenario you could imagine.I stayed in a first level garden room with an amazing glass shower, AC, and in-room hammock. My room opened up to a little patio amid a mini tropical jungle with lots of lush greenery and bright flowers. The front desk manager was great about getting us pool towels, ordering taxis, and offering up local food suggestions. Also, I’m not a cat person, but the hotel kitty is pretty adorable, and can always be found lounging in various stages of “nap.”Since Hotel Tiki Tiki was the perfect backdrop for a tropical photoshoot, Heather Etheridge and I spent one morning snapping some pics around the bright and airy common areas. My Show Me Your Mumu halter dress and straw bag fit in perfectly with the beachy color scheme of our weekend "home." I can't wait to come back for another visit!ElizabethPishalTulum-27ElizabethPishalTulum-16 (1)ElizabethPishalTulum-30ElizabethPishalTulum-29ElizabethPishalTulum-32ElizabethPishalTulum-31ElizabethPishalTulum-19
