That's So '70s

The 1970s is one of the most revisited decades when it comes to fashion, and it still continues to influence today's trends and style. Thanks to the era’s whimsical spirit and freedom of expression, both designers and fashion-lovers are continuously drawn to the '70s vibe. From hippy chic and glam rock-- to disco and bohemian, this decade encapsulates dozens of iconic styles that are still wearable today.Over the weekend I finally was able to try Atlanta's newest (and highly anticipated!) coffee and brunch spot-- Muchacho. Y'all, Muchacho is a brunch-goers dream. Think 70s meets Superbad mixed with IG-worthy breakfast tacos. It's no surprise that the great minds of Ladybird are behind this funky, west coast-inspired concept. It was a total happy accident that my Urban Outfitters top matched the mustard-colored entrance at Muchacho. So of course a photoshoot ensued. I picked up these rose-colored sunnies from Creatures Boutique in Austin the other weekend and experienced sticker-shock (in a good way). They were only $14!Also majorly crushing on these Free People faded skinnies. Loving the frayed ankle detail and high waist on these. Make sure to order a size down-- they run big!

Looking forward to putting together more 70s-inspired looks this fall... also more photoshoots at Muchacho.
